		<description>Great advice. I like it that you also mention sleeping habits. Most people take those way too lightly( they stay up late in the weekends and sleep till noon). This disorients the brain and makes it harder for you to fight anxiety. 
I&#039;ve had my worst anxiety attacks during summer when I was free from college and could stay up late.</description>
